Green Tea for two
Recently, due to wanting to loose weight, I decided to give green tea a go. Honestly at first it felt slightly like i was drinking dirt or grass. Very weird experience, but the more i forced myself to drink it the better it got. It doesn't have any sort of caffeine or 'bad things' in it and it's a really refreshing feeling to know that what your are drinking is full or natural goodness. 
I am now a full time green tea lover and even though it doesn't have the same caffeine kick that English breakfast tea has it is still amazing. I even think, as sad as it sounds, I might be getting a bit of a kick out of it. I would hugely recommend to try it and even if you don't like it the first time try it again and learn to love it. It takes time but the end result it worth it.
